Cloud can be complicated, both technically and in terms of organizational dynamics. Solving for these complexities is what I have done for large companies, like Hewlett Packard, and medium companies, like TriNet HR, over the past decade. One thing that is consistent among nearly all my past work is that there are decades of existing legacy infrastructure and business critical applications that all have special needs and huge business impact.
