Cloud can be complicated, both technically and in terms of organizational dynamics. To realize the benefits of moving key infrastructure and systems into cloud, there are many factors that must be considered. Solving for these complexities is what I have done for large companies, like Hewlett Packard, and medium companies, like TriNet HR, over the past decade.
